Our client is a fast growing Ad Tech company that connects Publishers, Brands, and Advertising Agencies and provides the best solutions for them to succeed and grow. 

Responsibilities

As the Head of Global Sales and Business Development, you will lead the company’s expansion strategies and revenue generation initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a sales strategy.
  • Creating a sales funnel for key channels, including networking, conferences, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Continuous monitoring and evaluation of metrics and KPIs for effective strategy implementation.
  • Establishing a systematic and efficient sales department from scratch.
  • Closing deals.
  • Launching cold outreach to attract new clients.
  • Initiating upselling activities.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Implementing a CRM system to maintain an up-to-date client database.
  • Regularly attending industry-specific conferences to attract new clients.
  • Exploring innovations, optimizing sales processes, and identifying growth opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate Has

  • Over 8 years of experience as Head of Sales & Business Development in AdTech companies, DSPs, and advertising networks for mobile products.
  • Experience in building and managing a sales department.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and market insight.
  • Experience managing international partnerships and working with global teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
