Responsibilities
As the Art Director for the PVP mobile project, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the visual design of characters, ensuring a high level of quality and uniqueness in the game’s visual style. Your primary goals will include raising the bar on character design, maintaining a distinctive visual identity, and leading a team of talented artists to achieve these objectives.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a strong multi-tasking leader who can easily adapt to changes. We expect high communication skills, creative approach to solving problems and deep knowledge of gaming trends.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a proven experience as an Art Director in the gaming industry, with a focus on stylized PVP mobile games.
- Has a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional character designs and a keen understanding of visual aesthetics.
- Demonstrates ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
- Has a proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software.
- Has excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Has passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- English is a must!
