Responsibilities:
- Scout and onboard mobile indie teams and experienced hybrid-casual developers
- Pitch the publishing model, negotiate deals, and build long-term win-win relationships
- Lead the full cycle of publishing deals
- Evaluate projects based on gameplay and key metrics (CPI, Retention, LTV)
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Help shape and improve internal publishing strategies and processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development or partner management in game publishing
- Understanding of the mobile market and hybrid-casual segment
- Knowledge of the game development pipeline, publishing lifecycle, and core success metrics
- Strong communication skills and deal-closing ability
