Values Value is currently looking for a Lead Artist (Environment) for a new mid-core project.
Our client is one of the 20 highest-grossing game developers in Europe, according to data.ai, with an audience that recently surpassed 110 million players. The project is a pioneer in its niche, combining an engaging adventure with a compelling storyline, as well as idle and battle mechanics. Featuring stylized graphics in a post-apocalyptic setting, this mid-core game offers you an exciting opportunity to unleash your creativity and professional skills.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Defining and implementing the project’s art direction.
- Managing the team and planning its growth (mostly senior-level artists).
- Overseeing the creation of locations, from mock-ups to final scenes.
- Finding technical solutions to bring new ideas to life.
- Reviewing completed tasks and providing professional feedback to artists.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Experience leading an art team: setting up workflows, managing people, and supporting their professional growth.
- An up-to-date portfolio (doesn’t need to be publicly available).
- Strong skills in creating 3D models with different approaches to meshes and texturing.
- Solid experience in designing and developing 3D environments (locations).
- Experience in building scenes in Unity 3D and configuring lighting.
- Ability to improve pipelines for creating 3D models and environments.
- Skills in creating 2D concepts.
- Experience working with Unity engine and Blender.
- Experience working on released projects.
Bonus Skills:
- Passion for creating locations that tell a story.
- Experience using AI tools for concepting and sketching (MidJourney or Stable Diffusion).
