We at Values Value are looking for a Senior Game Designer (Merge) to strengthen the team of our clients who create engaging top-casual mobile games. We need a specialist with experience in leading features as a feature owner, good knowledge of the F2P game market and strong communication skills.
About the Employer
The company offers the opportunity to join a successful game development team and take on an important role in developing the Merge-2 direction. You will have the chance to work in an innovative environment and implement strategic planning and vision for the successful development of the project.
Responsibilities
You will need to develop Merge-2 features and mechanics from planning to implementation, including hypothesis formulation, idea description, competitor analysis, mechanics setup, analysis, and further improvement. Additionally, you will enhance and improve the core Merge-2 mechanics such as visuals, gameplay, and UX, and integrate these mechanics into other parts of the project. You will review the work of the Merge-2 mini-team game designers and write clear and understandable documentation for all project participants. You will also be responsible for planning and analyzing project metrics, as well as inputting and configuring game data.
The Ideal Candidate has:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Game Designer.
- Experience in leading features as a feature owner at all stages (planning, implementation, analysis, and improvement).
- Experience in releasing and operating casual F2P projects.
- Good knowledge of the F2P game market and understanding of current gaming trends.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas to all team members.
- Ability to receive and act on feedback.
