On February 10, we celebrate our 8th anniversary — eight years as a recruitment agency that has weathered it all. From the pandemic and the war in Ukraine to industry crises and mass layoffs, we’ve faced countless challenges. But looking back, we see that our survival and growth into new markets weren’t just about professionalism and expertise — it was also about the support and trust within our team that kept us moving forward.
Because of the support we give each other, we’re still doing what we love — helping our clients build strong teams and tackling the most complex hiring challenges.
When everything around us is changing, we find stability within ourselves. Here’s the proof:
- This summer, our lead recruiter and partner took a sabbatical during a personal and professional crisis. She rested, recovered, and came back.
- One of our recruiters first joined us years ago as a sourcer, left to gain experience at a game company, and returned in a new role in 2024.
- One of our recruiters started as a sourcer and grew with us — now, as a senior recruiter, she fills the toughest C-level positions.
- Our recruiters take maternity leave — and return.
- On average, our team members have been with Values Value for 5.5 years.
- We make space for each other to rest, recover, and take extra time off to prevent burnout.
Our greatest strength is our team. A well-built ship can withstand any storm, and ours is stronger than ever.
Thank you, dear colleagues!
Happy birthday to us!
