Responsibilities
In the position of Google Ads Lead, you will be required to develop an efficient Google Team and provide guidance, insights, and recommendations to increase team effectiveness and performance. You will develop and implement effective PPC strategies across various placements, including Google Search, Google Display Network, YouTube, and Discovery to achieve business goals. Your tasks will include conducting competitive research and analysis to identify performance growth points and maintaining partnerships with PPC ad platforms.

You must be highly analytical, capable of effective written and verbal communication with the team, able to articulate clear tasks, stay updated on industry trends, and bring best practices into work processes. It’s important to us that you are results-oriented, responsible, and skilled at implementing necessary changes within the company to achieve global objectives.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management and optimization.
- Has experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines.
- Has proven experience in scaling Google acquisition.
- Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides), experience with Google Analytics.
- Strong English language skills are required, at least at B2 level or higher.
