“Looking at job postings on our partner platform, InGame Job, I can say that AI skills aren’t a universal requirement — yet. Some employers hint at it vaguely, suggesting that candidates should stay up to date and understand how AI can optimize workflows without compromising quality. Others (though fewer) are more direct, specifically asking for experience with Stable Diffusion and the ability to craft effective prompts for generating new concepts.
Most commonly, I see Stable Diffusion or MidJourney mentioned, but the level of expertise required varies by company.
My advice? Experiment with AI — whether at your current job (if policies allow) or in your personal projects. It will expand your skill set and give you a competitive edge over candidates who refuse to use AI altogether.”
