We at Values Value are currently looking for an experienced Game Producer who could create a commercially successful game, be responsible for the overall vision and product strategy, roadmap, data-driven decision-making, and team management. We need a specialist with an interest in space-themed games and experience as a Producer/ Product Manager in midcore or hybrid-casual mobile projects.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the long-term vision of the game and establishing a comprehensive feature roadmap. Formulate the product strategy, design engaging game mechanics and core game loops. Throughout the development process, you’ll track features from the initial stages to release, ensuring continuous optimization through post-launch analysis. Collaborating with external teams or building an internal team is key to achieving the best outcomes. You will measure game performance, utilizing game data and industry insights to improve key metrics. Additionally, you will communicate the game’s status and future plans to various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. Also, team building (whether collaborating with external partners or forming your own) is crucial for achieving results.
The Ideal Candidate has:
- Experience as a Producer/ Product Manager on midcore or hybrid-casual mobile projects.
- Interest in space-themed games.
- Released projects.
- Understanding of the mobile gaming market.
- Experience in team building.
- Data-driven approach.
- Interest in learning what players like, how to improve their experience, what keeps them engaged, and what motivates them to spend money.
