This time at Values Value we are looking for a strong UE Developer with knowledge of a variety of game systems implementation with Unreal Engine and experience setting up or collaborating with other engineers implementing multiple systems for scalable game projects.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate closely with art, design and development teams ensuring both visual and functional requirements are met. You will implement diverse game systems for prototyping and beyond. This includes optimizing and improving existing systems like gameplay, AI, and data management. You’ll be writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, participating in code reviews to ensure quality. Additionally, you will create and maintain technical documentation and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Unreal Engine while debugging and profiling to optimize performance.
The Ideal Candidate has:
- Experience as UE Developer for at least 5 years
- Participating in building an MMO, Metaverse or a AAA project
- Experienced using Unreal Engine 5
- Delivering timely prototypes, working in cross-discipline teams
- Experience implementing scalable solutions
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
Nice to have:
- Working Knowledge of C++
- Experience with blockchain project
- Experienced in optimising, profiling and debugging in Unreal Engine 5
- Developing engine editor tools
