Challenges

The client company – a startup unknown on the market, this added difficulty in presenting a company to the candidates. Moreover we faced difficulties in finding candidates due to limitations in salary range and specific hiring location.

What helped to fill the position

The large database of Unity developers at Values Value, combined with a well-formulated vacancy description, appealing to potential candidates, led to a quick closure. Positive candidate response to the short test task (average completion time of 6 hours) was also a factor.

We conducted a high-quality sourcing and recruiting process, exploring different locations and selecting donor companies. Utilizing various sources like active searches, product and outsourcing companies, job portals, and recommendations from within the industry facilitated the process.

From the Values Value side, the process was owned by Dariia Tokar, Sourcer & Recruitment Consultant. Remarkable Work, Dariia!
