Hooray, the long-awaited August is upon us, the traditional time for meetings in Cologne at the main event of the games industry – the devcom and gamescom conferences! The teams of Values Value and InGame Job are diligently preparing for this grand journey.
This time, we have very big plans (as always):
- At devcom, Tanja Loktionova, founder of Values Value and co-founder of InGame Job, will present the results of the Big Games Industry Employment Survey 2024. Attend her talk, “Career Challenges in the Games Industry in Numbers and Research: Salaries, Layoffs, Employee Engagement.” The schedule will soon be available on the conference website.
- At gamescom, our teams will once again support the organizers of the Ukrainian pavilion. Be sure to visit us to learn more about Ukrainian games.
- We are open to discussing anything related to careers in games, recruitment, employer brand development, and industry trends.
